Don't trust the reviews here, they're all from fake accounts. Our two-night booking was a disaster. The rooms were filthy, the heating didn't work, there was no air conditioning, and there was no minibar. You'd need a heater to get warm. We had to prepare breakfast ourselves. There were no employees besides the owner, though I'm not even sure he was the owner. I can't understand how we ended up there, maybe because we don't know Nevşehir. It even seemed like the place might be used as a hotel for appointments. There's too much to list here, and I'll be filing a complaint with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism soon.

We never expected our holiday to turn out this wonderful. The hotel took care of us the whole time, and Melih Ağabey treated us like old friends instead of customers. He's the reason we'll return to Nevşehir. We love you, Melih Ağabey, and can't thank you enough for making us feel so welcome. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere felt like a family. Special thanks to Enes Bey, who still made breakfast for us even though we were late. The owner was incredibly devoted to looking after us.

There's a fireplace, jacuzzi, and open buffet breakfast, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel sits in nature about 8 km from the center of Ürgüp, with plenty of fresh air. There are a few minor issues in the rooms, but overall it's a good place to stay.

The room was damp, the sheets weren't clean, there was hair in the sink and bathroom, and the sofas were all stained. The photos and reviews gave us the wrong impression. Even though the hotel was empty, they told us a lot of lies and wouldn't refund our money. The owner didn't even bother to talk to us. Don't go, you'll regret it.
