The pool is gorgeous, and having beach loungers and a deck right on the beachfront was a lovely extra. I also enjoyed the owner's informative conversations about the island's history. He is originally from the prestigious island, which was a bonus for us. The rooms are dated and worn, but I could accept that for the location and uninterrupted views. The balcony added to the room, and breakfast was delicious. The service was perfect, and it's a lovely family run hotel. I was the final guest of the season. Renovations are underway for summer 2026, and I'll be back. This hotel gets a definite yes from me.

We loved the location, service, and breakfast during our six nights here in August 2025. The room wasn't perfect, but our whole family had six lovely days.

The internet was the one thing that fell short. Still, who needs it in beautiful Ayvalik? The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, among the best I've had at a hotel. Staff were nice and brought what you needed, even out to the bathing pier, at reasonable prices. We also had a lovely balcony with an amazing view of the beach just below and the rest of the island.

The helpful team always does their best to make guests happy, and the hotel has a pool and private beach, features many Cunda hotels don't offer. Our room was clean and practical, with a wonderful view, and the center of Cunda was an easy walk away. I highly recommend it.

The staff were kind and the hotel was clean. Its location is perfect if you want to be right by the beach and in the center.
