Despite the parking shortage in Ayvalık, the hotel has its own lot, and the staff helped when there wasn’t a space available. The sandy beach is very close, and the shallow, clean water goes on for meters. The location, service, and cleanliness have made this hotel a family favorite again. The staff treated us like guests rather than customers, and we especially appreciate Mr. Fettah’s attention. Breakfast was tasty and enough for us.

Cleanliness matters most to me, and I gave this stay one point because I noticed a few things that weren’t clean, as shown in the photo. An apartment or a five-star hotel should meet the same standard. We also missed having a kettle, since we couldn’t make much tea, and my wife complained about it quite a bit. I think that should be standard in every hotel. We’d booked a large room, though a column stuck out halfway into it. We didn’t mind too much. The hot water kept cutting out, but we managed. On the positive side, the smart TV was fast and convenient, and I could watch movies online. I haven’t come across that even at much better hotels, so thanks for that. Breakfast was good, with an ideal amount of choice. Too much variety just wastes food, and we end up gaining five kilos on vacation anyway. The service was good, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is good, and the hotel has sunbeds at the beach. It isn’t right on the seafront, so a direct sea view is a bit difficult, but there’s only one hotel between it and the sea. So it’s not unreasonable if you’re looking for a beachfront property.

The staff were very polite and attentive, and I want to thank Mr. Fettah, Mr. Mesut, and the manager, whose name I don’t know, for their care and gracious hospitality. We had a pleasant stay that exceeded our expectations. The hotel is close to the beach and has arrangements with beaches, so there’s no need to worry about umbrellas or sun loungers. Rooms and bathrooms are new and clean, and breakfast has a good, adequate variety. The parking lot isn’t large, but we could park in front of the hotel without any trouble.

We used the hotel just for overnight stays, and it’s good value for the location. The beach is only a minute away, and the hotel provides free sun loungers and umbrellas. Our room was very clean, though some of the furniture looked a little dated. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful in every way. I’d highly recommend it.
