Our safety was put at risk. We had paid in advance for two rooms through Agoda, but on the second night we were told there was no room for us and sent to another hotel that was extremely dirty. During normal use, the shower window in our room shattered and injured my father. The management blamed us and responded aggressively instead of offering condolences. Photos are attached. I would absolutely stay away; no one's safety is guaranteed here.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the location was great. Since we were coming back late, they let us check out a few hours later. A big perk is the free beach at Sarımsaklı beach for hotel guests. I recommend the place, though it would be helpful to have hair dryers and kettles for coffee and such.

The beach they work with was a bright spot: everyone there was welcoming, the service was really good, and we had a pleasant time. At the hotel, though, the location was the only thing I liked. Our room was damp and still smelled of sewage, and the staff, who I think may have been the owner, seemed indifferent. It was hard to find anyone to talk to.

The staff were helpful, and everything was very clean. Being close to the city center is convenient too. I highly recommend it.
