Our balcony on the top floor had an amazing, romantic sea view, and I’d definitely recommend that room. The hotel itself is lovely, with clean rooms and beautiful stone construction. We spent a weekend in this authentic little boutique place among Cunda’s historic streets. I’m fussy about hotels, so I researched a lot before booking, and it turned out to be one of my best hotel stays, whether for work or a holiday. The owner was friendly, polite, and took care of all our requests. His local tips made our island experience feel unique. Breakfast was delicious and authentically local, including olive oil and vegetables they produce themselves, which is rare and healthy. We’ll certainly visit again. Highly recommend it!

The place looks good and feels cozy, with free parking and a good location. But hygiene was poor, especially the toilet and floor. We had to ask twice for hot water, so don't assume it will be available. There wasn't much privacy either. I stayed five nights, and I'll keep it short: if high hygiene standards matter to you, don't go.

You can walk to the tourist attractions from here, and guests get free entry to two lovely beaches, Cunda Kesebir Beach and Ayvalık Sea Resort. A friendly local runs the place, with good conversation and useful Cunda recommendations. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and Room 3 was particularly cute. Room 1 may get noisy when people chat in the lobby. Cunda Taş Fırını is right next door, and breakfast includes delicious verjuice (koruk suyu).

Onur was especially warm, attentive, and helpful, and you can tell he really cares about his guests. We had a very satisfying stay at Pita Hotel while visiting Cunda. The old stone building gives it a welcoming atmosphere that fits the island, and the details all suit the concept. Our room was extremely clean, which put us at ease, and breakfast made for a lovely start to the day with fresh, tasty food. We’d gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, welcoming stay in Cunda.
