Had a perfect stay! The staff were lovely and helpful, especially Chouchou, and the food and my room were really nice. The pool was greeat. The animatione team were always full of energy, dancing around the pool. I even did l dit kaoreke for the first time in my life, it was so fun and funny. Hope I can come back in September 👍

We were booked into Dragut point north hotel, but it was closed for repairs. After meeting Chouche on the beach, he sorted out a change to Dragut point south at 11:30 pm without any fuss. He and the rest of the staff checked in with us every day and made sure the holiday went smoothly. The food was fantastic, and we'd definitely come back. Thank you, Dragut point south and Chouche x

The food was very good, though I wished there had been more fruit. I liked the beautiful balcony view and found the location convenient, close to the center. The hotel was very clean and well cared for, and the staff were friendly. English communication was hard with some of them, but it didn't cause problems. I had a very good visit and would gladly return.

The staff really made the place for me. They worked hard all day and showed a level of dedication I haven't seen in a long time. The hotel was clean, the food fresh and delicious, with something for everyone. I spent a week here this August and found it genuinely relaxing, and it was great value. It's right by the sea, with all rooms looking out over it, and Turgutreis is a pleasant 15-minute walk away for anything you might need. My one gripe is the guests who get up at 6 am to put towels on the sunbeds.

The room conditions and service were far below what we expected for the price. Our room was dated, smelled musty, and hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioning barely worked, and staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Noise at night was unbearable, and some basic amenities were broken or missing. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.
