We stayed at Kumsal apart hotel for three nights with my family, and it was a nightmare. The place was filthy. The bathroom and shower taps were very dirty, the bedding and pillows were stained, and the rooms were in a disgusting state. The staff weren't welcoming or friendly either. The women making breakfast kept staring and gossiping, which made us uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor value, with very little choice and small portions. The eggs were expired or reheated, and the yolks had a dark green outline. The cucumbers were old too. We all got food poisoning after breakfast. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had a great two-week holiday at Kumsal with my family. The service was good, and we had a nice view from our room. The apart is just a one-minute walk from the beach. See you soon, Gokhan, and thanks for everything!

We were comfortable in the very clean rooms, and the location made it easy to explore everything on foot. Mr. Gökhan was very helpful too.

The location is excellent and the price is very reasonable. We stayed five nights in room 104, where noise from the neighboring building came straight through the single window beside our room. The residents should be warned, or a wall should be put between the buildings. I also want to mention the cleaning schedule: it doesn't start at 9:00 AM, when people may still be sleeping, and check-in isn't until 2:00 PM, so starting on time should be fine.
