Booking here caused me a lot of stress. Staff were extremely aggressive both on the phone and in person, claiming the website reservation process was “wrong” and pushing me to cancel and book directly at a higher rate. I later learned I wasn't the only customer this had happened to. It feels like a dishonest way to get people to pay more. Be careful when booking.

I stayed on my own and found the hygiene good, with easy access to a great location near TTM (Tourism and Technology Center). The hotel is excellent value for money. In my single room there was only one bin, by the sink, and I think another one would help. It would also be nice to have small shampoo bottles in the shower.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes from the market, and the welcome was friendly. It seemed good value too. This isn't about the owners, but my stay had a disturbing incident. Around 12-12:30 AM, I saw a shadow outside the door and realized someone was listening. I made a little noise, and they left quickly. Later, around 1:40-1:45 AM, a man came to the door just seconds after I briefly smiled. He said, "I'm a masseuse, I can't sleep, I have to go to work tomorrow," then asked if I wanted a massage. I said no, but he repeated, "It's free, but you know best." He kept bothering me and my girlfriend, who was frightened too. Never again. Stay away!

Balıkesir accommodation I could feel at ease about: the rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. You should be satisfied here.

My wife and I were really happy with our room. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and the staff greeted us warmly. I checked in at 12:30 AM. Thanks to the gentleman at reception.
