Mr. Aynur at reception greeted us with a smile and was a wonderful person. The rest of the staff treated us like family, and the entertainment manager was amazing. We had a great time. Thank you all very much for everything.

I want to thank Ms. Yasemin and Mr. Mehmet from the management team, along with Ms. Aynur at reception, for their attention and care. This is an excellent all-inclusive place in Beldibi, with friendly staff and a clean facility.

There were fun activities every evening, and the bingo was a lovely touch: unlike at many hotels, everyone who bought a game won a prize. The desserts surprised me too. I usually don't like hotel desserts, but some here were good. The food was delicious, and the beach service was great, especially the buttermilk and fries. Staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful, and the hotel is close to the sea. It exceeded my expectations for the price. The first few steps into the sea were sandy, then it turned stony, which I didn't find comfortable. I would normally give the hotel a perfect score, but the water situation cost it points. During the day, drinking water wasn't served in plastic bottles. We poured it into glasses from a dispenser to get our own drinks. It was cold, but drinking it that way at a hotel wasn't something I liked, though I could understand it to a point. There was bottled water in the rooms, but just one bottle per room each day, and we couldn't ask for another. In Antalya's heat, we drank plenty of water even at night, so one bottle seemed illogical, especially with at least two people in a room. Fortunately, everything was close by, and we bought our own water at the market. Other than the water, I thought everything was quite nice.
