Bellis Deluxe Hotel

The outdoor grounds were beautifully kept, the pools were clean, and the beach was lovely, with clean fine sand and warm sea water even in September. Clean beach towels were always available when we needed them. The children's activities were excellent, and the little ones had a great time at the mini-disco. There is also an animal park with free entry, a small shop stocked with essentials including baby formula, diapers and basic medicine, and a doctor and medical office on the ground floor. Food was the biggest highlight for us. It was varied and delicious, with a different theme each evening, from sushi to tacos. Some basic dishes repeated, but there were always new choices at lunch and dinner. There was plenty for babies too, including boiled vegetables, soups, two kinds of meat each day, unseasoned fish, jars of baby food with fruit or vegetables, yogurt, hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs, and more. The staff were kind and brought a high chair to our table whenever they saw us with the baby. The chairs were clean and came with a disposable bib, an individually wrapped wet wipe and a protective cover. Each morning I asked for gluten-free bread, and it always arrived fresh and warm. The minibar was continually restocked with water, juices, snacks and several kinds of chocolate. They also brought me 1-liter bottles of room-temperature water for making formula. We were travelling with our 8-month-old on our first holiday together, so I really appreciated how quickly and thoroughly they answered my WhatsApp questions about baby food before we arrived. When we got there around 1 PM, the room wasn't ready and we waited about two hours. I asked at reception where I could change the baby and was told there was nowhere. I had to change him in his stroller in the women's bathroom. Later I found out there was a baby-changing room with a table near the children's pool. It wasn't pleasant, and it would've helped to know that on the first day. They told us we'd been upgraded once the room was ready, and the double bed and sofa bed gave us useful extra space. The room cleaning seemed rushed and superficial: the floor had been swept but not vacuumed, with sand and hair still there and in the bathroom. I could even feel sand on the sheets under the duvet. I asked for fresh bed linen, and they changed it that day. After that, whenever we needed clean sheets or towels, they brought them promptly. We visited at the beginning of September 2025 and had a good stay. I'd come back, as everything was eventually sorted out. The main things I'd suggest are a more thorough room deep-clean, perhaps during the quieter winter season, and better training for reception staff, who are the first people arriving guests deal with. Apart from the initial hassles, I have no complaints.

The Deluxe Standard rooms could use a cosmetic update, as they show some wear, though they were comfortable. The hotel has a luxurious feel and seems to offer more than the price would suggest. Food was consistently delicious and had plenty of variety, service was excellent, and the nightly shows were spectacular, like a million-dollar performance every evening. What makes the place especially memorable is the nature. The hotel and surrounding villas sit among lush greenery, with tall pines, landscaped gardens and shaded paths across a huge, beautifully maintained area that feels like a village or park. Walking around feels like a quiet retreat. Belis Deluxe Hotel brings together the scale of a natural park and the comfort of luxury hospitality.

The evening shows were a real highlight, with a different polished performance each night. The animation team kept things lively during the day too, with lots of activities and plenty of energy. Bellis Deluxe Hotel also has lovely, spacious grounds that are great for walks or time with the family. We found the food fresh, well prepared, and varied, with something new to try. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to couples and families.

We especially enjoyed the grounds at Bellis Deluxe Hotel. They’re spacious and green, and lovely for a walk. The team running the activities had loads of energy, and the evening shows were colorful and entertaining. Staff were consistently helpful and polite, and the service felt top quality. There was a good variety of tasty food, too. I’d happily recommend staying here.
