Gloria Golf Resort - All Inclusive

Loved our time here. I can't think of anything negative. 5/5, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Antalya, Turkey.

The grounds were one of my favourite parts of our 10 nights at Gloria Golf Resort in July 25. They were calming and well kept, with lush lawns and fruit trees, and it was lovely walking to and from breakfast and lunch. We stayed in a Garden room, which was clean, comfortable and close to the kids' pool and slides. The bathroom was on the small side. The waterpark was great for the kids, and we could always find sunbeds. It never felt too crowded. No resort is perfect, but this one checked most of our boxes. Gloria Golf isn't fancy or modern, though the food, drinks and especially the service make up for it. Serenity is more modern and fancy, but smaller, and you can easily walk over since the grounds are partly shared. We have stayed at a lot of all-inclusive places, and the food here was among the best for us. Vimal the chef made our stay memorable with fresh, flavourful meals that suited our tastes, including homemade Indian curries and fresh naan. We looked forward to dinner every night. Ramazan and the rest of the waiting staff were brilliant, attentive and quick with drinks. There's a grill section every night with meat and fish, alongside the usual pasta, stews and roasts. Breakfast was amazing too, with omelettes brought to your table so there was no queue. There were flies around, but also lots of plants and trees. Food options during the day were plentiful, and there's a 24-hour restaurant if you miss the meal times. We had a couple of room issues, but the hotel's WhatsApp service sorted them quickly. We also used it to order golf buggies and hire bikes. It worked really well. The entertainment was good, and the chocolates from the Serenity Hotel chocolatier were divine. We really enjoyed the stay and can honestly say this is probably the only resort in Turkey we'd return to. It's much better than Rixos Sungate and Kaya Palazzo, where the staff are miserable and the food is awful. Gloria Golf may not be modern or fancy, but for service, grounds and food quality it's up there with Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. Thank you to everyone at Gloria. We'll see you next year!

I stayed at Gloria Golf Hotel with my 11-year-old from July 18 to July 31. The holiday itself was great. I liked the food, service and room, and especially the pier where the kids can jump off. We only went to the evening shows maybe twice, since we went to bed early and got plenty of sleep. Leaving was a very unpleasant end to the trip. Guests staying at Gloria Golf can only get free food and drinks there. We knew that and never ate or drank at the Gloria Serenity next door. But on our last day, the bill showed charges for drinks and water we hadn't had. It had our room number, name and signature on it. How could that happen? We never lost our room card, and even at 1:00 a.m. we were asleep in our room, as we were every night. Why not check the cameras? How could someone use our room card at the bar when we were in bed with the baby? I don't want to hear that the signature doesn't match. I had to write a statement saying I hadn't drunk anything at Serenity. It isn't about the amount. Being accused of something we didn't do was really upsetting. They need some way to track and verify these charges. We left with a very unpleasant impression.

We've just returned from Gloria Resort and are really happy with everything. Waking up to birdsong and a view of tall trees and green fields felt wonderful. The food was really good, the service was perfect, and the view was amazing.
