The facilities may be five-star, but the management and upkeep felt more like three-star to me. We were disappointed for what we paid, and I wouldn't recommend it to British or Western European travellers expecting a five-star stay. The food setup was a problem. Flies were all over the restaurant, especially once cleared plates sat around, and none of the buffet food was covered. We had upset stomachs for three days and stopped eating there. Cleanliness was poor in other places too: the pool drains were black with grime, and our room's toilet and shower weren't cleaned during our stay. Compared with five-star hotels I've visited in Spain, Croatia, and Portugal, this place wasn't particularly clean. The other guests were exceptionally rude. People pushed through doorways and there was no queuing at mealtimes. We watched a couple leave their plates while they went for dessert, which seemed perfectly normal, but another family stacked the plates and took their table. Their children even took extra chairs from my table without asking. The couple came back confused. It was almost funny to watch, but in a restaurant with empty tables, why sit at a dirty one? There was little attention to the finishing touches. The gardens needed mowing, the beach bar was untidy, and its worn plastic wicker chairs were broken and stabbed at your legs. A staff member at the restaurant entrance could help stop the free-for-all. Reception staff weren't especially friendly either.

The animation team kept everyone busy with games and evening shows, and the playroom, soft play, gaming, and creative areas were superb. Our children are 9 and 7, and the layout worked perfectly for our family during our 10-day stay. There was plenty of fresh food and drink, including loads of chicken nuggets for our fussy eaters. The cleaning team were constantly on the job and kept every area clean. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Uğur and Yusuf at the lobby bar were lovely, and kept serving us great tequila without limit. The chef and assistant were also very accommodating with our requests. We especially enjoyed the pide and pizzas, and the food in general was really good. Our room was cleaned well, too. The pools could have been a little warmer, but we liked the hotel and would come back.

November 2025. It was a nice hotel, but I didn't feel welcome and the staff weren't very friendly. I've stayed at better five-star places, so this felt more like three-star. We didn't have a good experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to British people. There were hardly any staff who spoke or understood English. Our room didn't have much storage, and the food was very cold, with no microwave, and not much choice for a five-star hotel. With so few guests around, they started clearing away the pool sunbeds and closed the pool bar. The lounge and bar areas were empty, with no entertainment. There were also too many cats in the dining area. I like cats, but not four or five weaving around my feet while I'm eating.

We did have a leak in our room, but reception sorted it out after a short conversation. Apart from that, there weren't any other problems, and the friendly staff and excellent food made for a very good stay.
