Limak Atlantis De Luxe Hotel & Resort

We've been to the Limak Atkantis five times and still came away happy. The food was excellent, and the accommodation and entertainment were second to none. Yasmine, Albert, and OZan in the entertainment team worked hard and were very friendly. The reception team were helpful and worked extremely hard too. Lots of people deserve credit for making our holiday a good one. We loved it as much as on previous visits.

Our football training camp at the Limak Atlantis worked out really well. It had the sports-friendly feel and organized services we needed, with beautiful surroundings that made a good balance between training and relaxing. After intense sessions, we could rest and recover in clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the varied, high-quality food had something for everyone while giving us energy for workouts and matches. We'd recommend the hotel to sports teams and other travellers looking for comfort and good service. Thanks for making the camp a great experience.

The kids had plenty to do, with activities throughout the day and a top-class Aqua Park. Evening entertainment was first class every time, a 10/10. Food was very good and there was lots of variety at Pinea restaurant, Beach bar, Lykia bar, and the other restaurants nearby. The fitness centres and spa facilities were fantastic for adults, and the steam room, sauna, and hammam were free. Valeriaa made the resort even better. She was friendly, supportive, and incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived. Ramazan, the front office manager, was a true gentleman and always made sure my family and I were happy. A superb holiday at a fantastic resort with great staff. We'll be back soon!

The five-star rating is for the staff, not the resort itself. They work tirelessly with what they're given, and the entertainment team is easily the resort's best feature. Mehmet and Furkan at the kids club are warm, passionate, and patient with children from varied cultures. Their care is exceptional. Staff morale could use a boost, and the facilities need serious investment. I've stayed at many five-star resorts, and in my opinion this isn't one. Late arrivals shouldn't expect food or five-star room service. The limited room service costs extra, and the best option we found was a cheese sandwich. An overnight menu could still be chargeable but should have more choices. Food options at night are very limited, especially with entertainment running late. I'd suggest keeping the beach bar open at night and offering a better range of food from 11-3am. The patisserie could work as a 24-hour coffee shop for early risers and people who like to go to the gym early. Anyone serving food should be able to explain ingredients for allergy questions, including at the patisserie, or there should be standard ingredient labels. The ice cream shop should be open from 10-5 for a family resort. Both gyms need a major update, and the air conditioning in them is poor. Longer or overnight opening could spread out the crowds. Air conditioning is also not great throughout the building, in the rooms, or in the main restaurant.
