Papillon Zeugma Relaxury

Our children loved the mini club, and we were very grateful to Kuki, Vika, Elena, Marina, Ömer, Dilfuza, Katya, and Assem. The animators were warm and kind, helped the children with everything, and clearly cared about them. There were crafts, games, sports, English activities, and PlayStation, with something for different ages and interests. The animation team, Tina, Yana, Rustem, Jenna, and Naina, also shared so much warmth and energy that we really became good friends. There are plenty of games, sports, and activities for all ages, so you never get bored. We were delighted by the food and service, which were much better than at other Papillon chain hotels. The main restaurant was very good, and we especially loved the Italian restaurant for lunch, open from 12 PM to 3 PM. The food there was delicious and the service excellent, a five-plus experience. At Farfella Restaurant, Belfin Hanım, Alper Bey, Emin Bey, Serhad Bey, Mehmed Bey, and Cihan Bey took such good care of us and gave extra attention to our children. The food and drinks throughout were high quality, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, with enough room for the whole family, and the children were very happy. The hotel isn't the newest, but it is tastefully done. The layout is convenient, with the pool, bar, and facilities close by. The location and atmosphere were excellent, making it a very successful choice for a family holiday in Belek. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We found the atmosphere relaxing and the facilities well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and our room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of delicious food to choose from. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Our little one loved the stay, and we’ll definitely be back. The food was good and the room was great, but the service really stood out across the resort. The front desk, animation team, and pool bar staff were all excellent.

The food became very repetitive, with little variety throughout the trip, and the cleanliness and maintenance also let us down. The baby cot/playpen was worn, with scuffed areas, damaged fabric, loose threads, and it didn't look properly cleaned. In the bathroom, the shower door hardware had heavy buildup and looked dirty, and we found stains on the bedding. We also got rotavirus after the trip, which ruined the last days of our vacation and left us with a very negative impression. The hotel territory was nice and some staff members were helpful, but the overall experience at Zeugma Papillon was disappointing. I wouldn't choose it again and can't confidently recommend it.
