Paradise Town - Villa Elite

The area was a good distance from activities and markets, but the villa felt quite expensive for the condition it was in when we arrived. The sinks and showers were dirty, and many items were hanging loose. We were a group of friends and the neighbours kept complaining about noise during the day and at night. Some noise is bound to happen when you're on holiday with friends enjoying the pool and outdoor facilities.

The villa was beautiful, roomy, and had a homely feel. It was well equipped, clean, and very well maintained. We appreciated little extras like the local activity guide, takeaway menus, and taxi numbers. The private pool was amazing, and the security staff and groundskeepers were all friendly. Kerim from management was approachable and friendly, and was on hand to answer any questions. We wish we could give it more stars. Thanks, Kerim. We'll definitely return to this little piece of paradise.

There was a dispute over the curtains. They broke suddenly because the screws were loose, but I was accused of making a false claim. The Airbnb review we received also said we 'cannot be humans'. That was shameful behaviour, especially as we tried to keep the place as clean as possible. The villa itself is nice and peaceful, and the security staff are friendly and kind. Apart from the way we were treated, I'd recommend it.

The private pool was a dream come true, and the place felt quiet and safe. Kariem, the manager, was very helpful. The pool attendant and gardener came by every day to check on things. They can also connect you with a car rental company that will bring a car to your villa.
