The breakfasts Ayden made were delicious, and he put real flair into them. He was such a kind, easygoing host too. I’d happily recommend staying here.

Aydın made us feel like guests at a friend’s home. The place is cozy and lovely, and the owner was wonderful. Thanks for everything, definitely recommend!

The six of us were very comfortable in this historic Greek house built in a traditional Ottoman style. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and had private bathrooms. The host made our short visit especially nice, preparing breakfast, greeting us with a smile, and helping us find our way around Bergama. Athena Pension is a fantastic place with excellent management. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it and can’t wait to come back.

We spent two nights camping in the garden and really enjoyed how green, quiet, and relaxing it was, even though the Pension is right in the middle of Bergama. The garden is beautiful, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. For two adults and one tent, we paid 10€ per night. The delicious breakfast was 2.5€ per person. Highly recommended.

The owners were so welcoming, always offering us delicious Turkish tea and cakes. The place has a lovely, lush garden with a view up toward Perganon, plus a big shared kitchen and sitting room. It’s tucked just off the main street, so it was quiet. After two weeks in Turkey, this was easily the nicest place we stayed. Such a delight.
