Opera Hotel Bosphorus

The balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, which is why I booked this hotel, and the smooth check-in and stay added to the enjoyment. The staff were generally cooperative. Housekeeping was frustrating, though. We said we didn’t need cleaning that day, but staff kept knocking or waiting outside, and once a housekeeper came into the room while we were there. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast either, it lacked both taste and variety. Some staff also struggled to understand English, which can be difficult for international guests. Aside from those things, I enjoyed the stay.

Maya was especially attentive and kind, and her support made our family’s stay even better. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time at Opera Bosporus Hotel. It’s in a very central location that made getting around the city easy. We’d happily stay again and recommend it.

Our room’s view was stunning, and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Maya and Serkan made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we arrived. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Thanks to both of them for making it special!

Maya kindly moved us to another room when we asked, and offered complimentary breakfast because of the inconvenience. I’m grateful to her and the rest of the team for their help. The air conditioning was set to heating at first, but the staff responded quickly and switched it to normal cooling the next day. I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing hotel, and this definitely won’t be my last visit. Thanks, Maya, for the great service.
