Ilhan was so thoughtful and attentive, and the pool was cleaned regularly, which was a nice surprise. This is a small, clean, safe, friendly family apart, about a seven-minute walk from the beach. There are a few little markets nearby, and a frequent minibus to Bodrum from a very close stop costs 3 Turkish Lira. Ilhan also puts on barbecues for guests a few times a week. We tried one and really enjoyed it, for 40 Turkish lira.

It was a complete disaster. The bathroom and toilet were filthy, the rooms had cheap furnishings, and there was nobody there in person to speak to or help us. The room wasn’t cleaned, and we never saw a single person. Even basic security felt like a problem. We paid remotely by bank transfer after arranging it over the phone, then got no assistance with anything. Don’t trust the reviews. Maybe it has only recently become like this, or maybe the reviews are false. Either way, it was far below what you’d expect from a place to stay.

Our rooms are 40 m2, laid out as 1+1 with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony. There’s also our own pool and a green area. We’ve been coming to this paradise for six years for its nature, sea, and elite community, and for the past two years we’ve had the chance to run it. We renovated the place for you and finished preparations after reviewing past comments and considering the pandemic, with a woman’s attention to detail. We’re waiting for you with love.

I would never recommend this place. It was very dirty and there was no attention from staff. Rooms were given to five or six men in a place where families were staying, and there wasn’t a single responsible person around. The reviews led us astray, but it has changed hands. Terrible.
