Tuseta Kaynak Apart

On my first visit to Bodrum, Kaynak Apart made me and my family feel at home. Location, reliability, and hygiene mattered a lot to us, and each got top marks. Thanks to the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning to come here.

The manager was friendly, Mr. Harun, and the apartment's location was good. Beyond that, we found little positive. My wife, daughters, and I planned to stay from July 31, 2024 to August 4, 2024 after being misled by the reviews. The room was incredibly dirty and smelled awful. Water dripped from the bathroom upstairs with no solution, and there was a very strong smell in the kitchen area, probably from cooked meat. The room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, and the sheets hadn't been cleaned or changed either. When we asked, they said it had been cleaned. We barely lasted one night; the children couldn't sleep, and we left early in the morning. I've been coming to Bitez for years, but this was my first stay here and my last. I'm adding this follow-up because the hotel manager messaged me on WhatsApp on August 12, 2024, threatening me and telling me to retract my review. He was rude instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, and he hasn't refunded our money. There were no sheets, so they weren't changed; the water dripping from the upstairs room was temporary, could you please check the explanation?

We came as a family and were very pleased. The owners and staff were friendly, courteous, and polite, and we appreciated Mr. Harun and the others for their attentive care. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was clean and the kids had a great time. The location right by the beach is excellent.

Being right on the beach is the hotel's biggest plus. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and went out of their way for us in every situation. Thanks for everything, I had the best holiday I could have with my children 😊😊
