Jasmin Elite Residence & SPA

The cats were a lovely part of the place and made us smile each day. We also loved how well cared for the whole property felt, from the spotless rooms to the clean pools, which were great for cooling down in the hot weather. The restaurant food was genuinely good, and we were glad to eat there instead of going out every night. The staff made the biggest impression. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the relations manager deserves a special mention for taking time to suggest boat tours, restaurants, and local places we would not have found ourselves. Her recommendations really added to the holiday. Jasmin Elite Residence felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended if you're visiting Bodrum.

The spa was the standout for us. We used the unlimited spa facility, one of the best we've had in recent years. It was clean, and our 11 year old son could use the spa pool. The warm pool, sauna, and steam room were just what we wanted to get away from winter. We also booked two massage packages, and the ladies looked after us so well. Honestly, it was the best massage I've had in my life. We were a family of 2+1 and got a nice surprise at check-in with an upgrade. The apartment was clean and well furnished, and the food was good. The only drawback was the distance from the Marina, so we needed a taxi. It cost 200-250try each way, which wasn't too bad. Highly recommended, and we'd come back to Bodrum.

The Turkish Spa is a must while you're here, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and happy to suggest places to visit and things to do. We had a lovely week at the resort, staying self catering, though Bed and Breakfast and Half Board are options too. We were upgraded to a two bed apartment with loads of space. The rooms did feel a little dated and could use some minor refurbishment, but the facilities overall were great. I'd heartily recommend staying here.

The staff were quick and attentive every time, and the rooms were spotless with the amenities in good shape. Ibrahim deserves a big thank you for bringing in the best manager I've ever dealt with. She was professional, caring, and really paid attention. My stay at Jasmine Elite Residence made Bodrum perfect. Five stars, no hesitation.
