Mr. İlkay was especially sincere and cheerful, and helped us with everything. The location and service at Kaptan Apart were both good, and nothing in my room gave me trouble. The air conditioning and everything else worked perfectly. Friends at other hotels complained a lot about their air conditioning and service. I've been holidaying in Bodrum Bitez for 4-5 years, and stayed at Kaptan Apart this year. It will be one of our first choices in the coming years. Have a great holiday!

Quiet and close to the sea, with a pool and friendly staff who give you personal attention. A nice place for a few days away, though it barely has a customer-service concept.

A perfect place, five stars for the entertainment, location, service, and clean rooms.

My friends and I spent two days at the hotel, and it was quite adequate. Thanks to the staff for their service.

These aren't apart hotels anymore, they're lodgings.
