We spent 10 months living in Orya Apart Otel. Our flat got lovely daylight, and nights were fairly quiet even with the street music nearby. The administrators were kind and always ready to help, and the summer pool was kept clean. The renovation was a little dated in our apartment, though it worked well enough. Winter brought a lot of humidity, and mold appeared on the bathroom and bedroom walls. Okan and Nihal are making things better day by day, and I can't wait to see Orya once the current remodeling is done.

After living at Orya Aparts for 10 months, I'd recommend it as a comfortable place to stay and unwind. It's about 500 meters from the sea, and shops and other places are easy to reach on foot. Bodrum Marina is a 20-25 minute walk away, with cab parking about a 3-minute walk from the apartments. Pets are welcome, too. We stayed with our French bulldog. The grounds are neat and clean, with a nice pool, BBQ area, and pool bar. Management are pleasant and helpful when something needs sorting out. Furniture and appliances could use an update, though they still do the job, and repairs and improvements were happening throughout my stay. Internet can be unstable at times. The sea is right there, anyway.

We just got back from two weeks in Gumbet, staying at orya apart hotel. The pool and bar were lovely, and orkn and nihal were great, so helpful.

After 38 years of visiting Turkey, this was the best apart I've stayed in. Everything about the place was good, and the lady and gentleman, orkn and nihal, were wonderful. We'll be back. Thanks to everyone for everything.
