After a very unpleasant stay at Golden Beach, we had to change hotels, and the warm, friendly welcome at Porto Azul really turned the holiday around. The young, energetic staff were respectful and hospitable, always greeting us with a smile. Special thanks to Gulcin, Emel, Pelin, and Sunday for being so wonderful. Everything felt relaxed and comfortable, and we enjoyed every moment. Our room was extremely clean, with all the little details taken care of. The service was top-notch and made us feel at home. This is an honest review: we had an amazing time and would highly recommend the hotel.

Really amazing stay. The room was clean, the pool area was amazing, and breakfast was great. Reception was wonderful, especially Irem.

The room felt cozy and a bit like home, and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. The hotel is on the Turkish side of town. Staff English could be better, and I wish the in-room air conditioning were more powerful.
