Söz Hotel

The location was decent, with shops and bars nearby and a beach about a 10-minute walk away. But several clubs right beside the hotel played ridiculously loud music every night until 5 am. The food was the same at every meal and wasn't labelled, which could be dangerous for anyone with allergies. The restaurant was poorly equipped too: sometimes there weren't enough tables, so we had to leave and come back later for dinner, and sometimes there was no cutlery. Our room had a horrible sewage smell, and the place needs a full renovation. No staff spoke English, so if you don't speak Turkish, expect to rely on Google Translate. This was the worst hotel we've stayed in. Avoid it.

Wi-Fi was only usable at reception, despite being advertised throughout the hotel, and the all-inclusive service didn't begin until 11 am. Reception itself stayed closed until then. The pool was dirty, and the food wasn't child-friendly. Our first room was filthy, with mould, blood on the bed, broken cupboards, and leaking AC dripping on our children as they slept. We were moved, but the next room still had major problems: a sewage smell, paint falling from the ceiling, and a broken shower spraying water everywhere. Staff spoke no English. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and it wasn't as described online.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm and welcoming, and the staff were so helpful. My room was spacious and had clearly been arranged with comfort in mind. I had a truly wonderful stay.

The room was awful, with holes in the walls, bathroom tiles damaged, a huge stain beside the bed, a broken lamp, and ugly dirty marks in the sink and on the surfaces. There was even a hole where a plug socket should be. The staff were no help and acted as if they didn't care; most were particularly rude. Only the cleaner was nice. The hotel had no Wi-Fi, the food wasn't great, and I can't understand how it got 4 stars when it barely deserves 2. Service was nonexistent. It was the worst hotel I've stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a nice holiday.
