The hosts at Sunshine Café were so welcoming and nice, and the bay view was lovely. I especially enjoyed the fish, I haven’t had a dish that good in a long time. Prices are at restaurant level. If they were a little lower, I’d come for lunch every day because it’s that delicious.

It’s an ideal spot if you want an affordable long-term rental, though it isn’t especially well maintained. The sandy beach is within walking distance. It’s no longer a hotel, but the apartments are available month to month or by the year in 1+1 or 2+1 layouts. If you’re lucky enough to get an upper-floor apartment, the location is fantastic and some of the views in Bodrum are among the best.

It used to be a hotel, but it isn’t one anymore. Now they rent out regular rooms. The owners are an elderly couple, a very nice aunt and uncle, and they’re really good people. May God help them.

In my life, I’ve never seen a place this dirty and disorganized, or staff this disrespectful. If you care about your health and your budget, please don’t go there.
