The weather wasn't very welcoming and the season was coming to an end, but the staff did their best to look after us. Front office manager Fatih, Özcan, Beytullah and Ökkes were all helpful and focused on good service. Since we arrived a week before the hotel closed for winter, some restaurant options were reduced, though there was still enough. A very good hotel and stay.

The service was outstanding and the hotel has amazing views. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend it. My room was in the basement, though, so there was no view outside and I couldn't open the windows. Breakfast could offer more international choices, and the gym felt neglected and was missing quite a lot of equipment.

I loved how peaceful and beautiful the place felt, and I'd definitely come back with my husband. The landscape, pool and beach deck all had lovely views, and the design was breathtaking. Five days or more would give you time to take in the place. The staff were friendly from the moment we arrived. They let us check in early and upgraded our room at no extra cost. Breakfast was great, and our room was tidy, smelled good and was cleaned daily. The premises had all the amenities we needed, and it felt safe. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

The start of check-in was a little rough, but the management made it right by moving us to a three-bedroom suite with sensational views. The family had a great time. Ozcan, Yasin and Mr Hilal were kind, and the breakfast team were lovely too. I got the best coffee in Bodrum every morning, and those views felt priceless and very luxurious. Thanks again, everyone.

Our room was spotless, roomy and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the view was perfect. The staff at Swissôtel Living were so welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We'd definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return.
