Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We had a good time here for a friend’s birthday, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel was very clean and nicely presented. We visited off-peak, so some facilities and activities were limited, and not everything was available as advertised. That took a little away from the experience, though we still enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely hotel with great staff, but keep in mind that some things may not be fully running outside the busy season.

The spa was amazing. We had a Turkish bath, a spa treatment, a massage, and then two more massages with Ferit and Emie. They were both amazing, and we’d highly recommend a visit. Sorry if I’ve spelled your names wrong. It’s a lovely hotel, though maybe not quite five-star. We only had a basic room, but it was large and comfortable. The food was plentiful, varied, and good for an all-inclusive stay. The staff worked really hard and were pleasant, even though some guests were rude and miserable. We chatted and smiled with the staff, and they were lovely.

Our stay was frustrating, and the cleanliness and service were far below what I’d expect from a hotel advertised as five-star. In the first room, there was a blood stain on the curtain and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, so we asked to move. The toilet worked in the second room, but then we found more problems. There was random hair on the bed before we had even lain down, and a hole in the bedding. We asked housekeeping to change the sheets on both beds, but they changed only one. The other was left untouched, and the new sheet was mouldy. I suspect they just didn’t have a clean sheet. The pillow was stained too. After several issues and poor follow-up, I gave up trying to communicate further. I also realized hotel slippers weren’t provided, which seems basic for this standard.

I spent a week here and already know I’d be happy to return. The whole stay was a great experience, with a friendly atmosphere despite the luxurious surroundings. Nothing felt stuffy. The staff were smiling and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, and the spacious, elegant room was cleaned thoroughly each day. The pool and wellness area were a real treat for unwinding. I also used the spa and haven’t enjoyed myself that much in a long time. The food was fantastic too. The breakfast buffet had so much variety that I tried something different every day, and dinner in the restaurant was a pleasure. It’s hard for me to think of a single negative.
