The owner, Mr. Hasan, is sincere and hospitable, and tries to help his guests however he can. We liked the place and are thinking of returning in summer. The room was spotless, and the heating worked so well at night that it got very warm and we opened the window. Breakfast was simple but adequate and delicious.

The owner's attitude isn't normal, and this place definitely isn't worth the money. People come here on vacation to enjoy themselves, not to badmouth you :) If you want good reviews, focus on the service. Average service and rooms will get average reviews, and there are perfectly good places to stay for this price.

We spent four nights and five days here, and Mr. Hasan made us feel at home with friendly, attentive service. He and the staff were available around the clock and helped with everything we needed. The hotel sits among nature, close to Bolu's tourist attractions, and is easy to reach. Rooms were functional and clean, with hot water and working heaters at all hours. They also carry out pest control around the hotel every other day. I highly recommend staying here.

The view is exceptionally beautiful, and there's parking. The rooms are clean, with a jacuzzi and fireplace, and the breakfast is good. The working environment is very hygienic. The staff were attentive and caring, and their smiles made us happy. We were very satisfied. A lovely place to visit with family, and somewhere you can come without hesitation.
