I was fully satisfied with the reliable service, and the hostel felt secure. My room was clean, the staff were kind and thoughtful, and breakfast looked lovely. The price didn't make me anxious either. Guests weren't behaving in ways that irritated one another during the stay. I really appreciate the hospitality and the care they put into things. They seem to underestimate how good their service is, and their prices are quite reasonable. They're also lenient about providing such high-quality service.

The owner especially was really helpful. There’s private parking across the street, and we had no trouble leaving our motorcycles there overnight. Our room didn't have AC, but that was fine for us since it got pretty cold at night. Breakfast was great, and the WiFi was fast enough for what we needed.

The owner is kind and humble, and the price is very reasonable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and elegant, with all the basic facilities, including an electric elevator. The rooms, sleeping area, and bathroom were all excellent. Bôlu is a wonderful, clean city with lovely nature, and it feels very comfortable. Its residents are kind and peaceful, with big hearts, and they help people who need it.

A lovely, safe, clean hotel with a great location and a backyard for parking. The management is very helpful, and the staff are so friendly it feels like home. Breakfast is a proper Turkish breakfast. I love it.

Cheerful owners, spotless rooms, and a central location made this place feel perfect to me. For public transport, regular buses to the bus station, Abant Lake, and elsewhere start at the fire department station (itfaiye), a two-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was simple but delicious. I had a lovely time practicing my basic Turkish with such friendly, kind people. Bolu and the surrounding area are well worth another visit, and I'll definitely stay here again.
