Bolu Koru Hotels Spa & Convention

They cancelled my fully paid reservation just two hours before check-in, while I was driving 400km to get there. Unbelievable. They ruined our vacation.

The dinner and breakfast could have been better, but the woods beside the hotel were beautiful. It snowed during our stay, and we also spotted a small duck pond. We couldn't explore much because we weren't equipped to play in the snow. We spent one night here as part of a travel agency's eight-night tour across Turkiye.

The buffet dinner had a big selection and lots of desserts, and it was delicious. Breakfast leaned continental, with plenty of cheeses, breads, and fresh salads, though I would have liked more hot dishes. Service from the staff was polite and efficient. We had a comfortable, good-sized twin room with a balcony looking out over a garden and both the indoor and outdoor pools. It came with towels, a hairdryer, disposable slippers, tea and coffee sachets, a kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. A nice one-night stop in December 2022.

The backyard was immaculate and beautiful, and the pool was great, with a lovely temperature. A balcony room also has a beautiful view. The rooms were super clean, and I really enjoyed my two days here. There was a good variety of food, with more choices and tasty dishes on weekends. On my first day the food was a bit dry and hard to cut, but the second night, a Friday, it was much better and right on point. The shower was a letdown: even on the highest heat it was hardly warm. Still, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, and I really recommend it.
