It’s filthy, even though they clean every day. There’s grime dripping from the chandeliers, and the bathroom floors, under the beds and curtains are dirty. The air conditioning doesn’t work. They installed a fan, but even the fan doesn’t cool itself. It’s impossible to sleep or rest. Don’t trust the photos. The pallet seating areas have been left to rot. You can find bed and breakfasts for the same price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The heat made the room unbearable because the air conditioning didn't work. The bathroom was just as bad, with half-used shampoo and shower gel from earlier guests and a toilet paper roll that was soaking wet. We might as well have slept on a bench. I can't recommend this place.

We were there with the family for a holiday, but the room was awful. The bed was nearly as small as the room itself, and the bathroom was terrible. It reminded me of hotels in Basmane, Izmir. I would never stay somewhere like this again.

I enjoyed my stay. The guesthouse is new and clean, and the person running it is really nice. There's no TV, though everything else is provided. It seems worth staying here if you're okay with paying a little more.

The facilities don't make the price feel worthwhile. Breakfast was the one good part, but it was served at an old café rather than at the hotel.
