Finka Hotel

We were welcomed so warmly, thank you for having us! The place was great, really clean, and the staff were super friendly. And the breakfasts were breathtaking.

The hotel and decor are nice, but the staff need training or replacing with more professional people. Our 3-night stay left me surprised by the high Google rating, and I don't think we got our money's worth. We were told we could check in early once the room was cleaned, which we appreciated, but it wasn't clean when we got in. There was a used tissue on the information card, apparently used to wipe someone's nose, and a mint candy that had been taken out of someone's mouth 👎. I think the hotel was fairly quiet for the first two days, because breakfast, listed as open until 10:30, was already being cleared at 9:40 while we were eating. When I went to get something, they asked if we were still there, and the jams had already been taken away :) They should have asked before clearing things. The most shocking part was that we asked for an omelet as our hot breakfast option and were served undercooked scrambled eggs. I'd never choose this hotel again.

The barbecue dishes were fantastic, and Mr. Güney made delicious breakfasts and meals that suited our taste. We came as a large family of 16 and were happy from arrival to departure. The facility is peaceful and tastefully designed, with calming hammocks and places to relax in the garden. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the location made it easy to get to all parts of the island. Mr. Medet, his wife, and the team were extremely polite and welcoming. We had a very enjoyable 2 days. Thanks to the whole FİNKA team, especially Mr. Medet, for their hospitality.

We stayed nine days in a deluxe room, and it was spotless throughout. Staff, especially Mr. Medet and his family, were attentive and quickly took care of anything we needed. We could request cleaning whenever we wanted. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we thought the price was reasonable compared with other island hotels. The garden was a great place to sit in the evenings. It's centrally located, about equally close to the market and the bays. If I return to Bozcaada, I wouldn't consider another place. Thanks for everything, and we definitely recommend it.
