Keyf-i Ada Mahal

Room 4 gave me the worst hotel experience of my life. I woke up covered in red blisters after insects came out of the headboard while I slept. That's a serious health risk. I called repeatedly after seeing them, but no one picked up at first, and I only reached someone after several tries. The staff member was brazen and completely indifferent. They later offered to move me to another room and said they'd compensate me, but that doesn't undo the hygiene problems or the harm to my health. Leaving a guest in such an unhygienic environment and responding so carelessly is unacceptable. Hygiene and customer satisfaction were both zero. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.
