Alya Butik Otel

Music from the nearby entertainment venue kept us awake all night, and the room itself was in terrible shape. The toilet wouldn't flush properly no matter how many times we tried, and the shower head was broken, caked with limescale, and barely let water through. There was a broken glass pane below the toilet door, so you could see underneath and smell all the odors from the room. The toilet paper looked like what the previous guest had left. For a bed covering, there was only a tiny quilt, not even one per person, and no summer cover, though it was October. They charged 1300 TL for one night. I accepted the price because the location was good, but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Next time we'll pay a little more for somewhere much better. I would never stay here again.

We had no trouble with parking, and the room, bathroom, and kitchen were very clean. The natural gas boiler was somewhat noisy and bothered us, though. Thank you for everything ♥️🙏

There was plenty of hot water and the rooms were clean. The radiators, however, weren't on, and they didn't switch them on even after I asked, so the house stayed cold.

We booked two nights with Ozan Group after finding them online for a military oath ceremony in Burdur. We weren't sure what to expect, but our doubts changed once we got there. The rooms were warm and very clean, and parking was no problem. We felt comfortable staying there. Many thanks to Ozan Group for being so attentive.
