I've stayed here for business since it first opened, mainly because there hasn't been a better option in the city. The central location is convenient and the setting used to be pleasant, but the hotel now feels dated and seems to have missed out on maintenance. It gives the impression it was built with a future renovation in mind, but those updates still haven't come. The rooms need work, and the signs of wear raise safety concerns. They used to offer espresso, and the spa and massage services were running before.

A solid choice for the price and location, with a nice room. We liked having three beds so our two kids could sleep separately.

The spa treatments and massages were a nice part of my stay at Ozeren Grand Hotel & Spa in Burdur, Turkey. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection and had a meal at the restaurant with delicious traditional Turkish and international cuisine. The city view was lovely, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was impeccably clean, from the room to the quality bathroom products, fine linens, and excellent bed. Serkan OKAY greeted me warmly when I arrived and made sure my needs were met. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming. Ozeren Grand Hotel & Spa made for a relaxing, memorable visit. The clean comfortable rooms, food, staff, views, and spa made it a great place for a vacation or business trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Burdur.

This turned out to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at, which surprised me. It was very clean, though I'd seen others mention problems that I didn't experience, and the staff were especially helpful. The restaurant and its staff deserve credit, too. The dishes were very good, and they paid close attention to my being vegetarian. I can't comment on the pool or spa since they were under maintenance while I was visiting.

Just an ordinary hotel that could do with refurbishment. By Burdur standards, it's adequate, and the breakfast was better than I expected.
