We found the food at the restaurant delicious, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel was also clean and very well organized.

I travel internationally a lot, and this unique hotel is right up there with the best. The rooms have elegant architecture, the lobby has artsy spaces, and the views are stunning. The staff are genuinely friendly. Highly recommended. Dr MSK

The atmosphere is really cool, with music and a play area for children. But once our food arrived, one of the main meals was missing, and we waited another twenty minutes for it. Service was basically nonexistent after that. We had no napkins or sauces, and the waiter never checked whether we wanted drinks. One of my children had to go to the bar for water, and staff charged us 15TL for three bottles instead of simply putting it on our bill.

The music was so loud it went on until at least 2:00 a.m. There was no chance of sleeping. Avoid it!
