Guliz Apart

Abi.

I saw what happened and felt the business had been treated unfairly, so I wanted to share what I witnessed. I was in a different room on the same day as Atacan Genç, who wrote the earlier one-star review. He arrived drunk and refused to hand Hüseyin Bey his child’s ID at the entrance. Hüseyin Bey politely asked for it, which was reasonable since hotel rules require guests to show ID, but the customer resisted and pushed into the apartment. One questionable review among dozens of positive ones speaks for itself. Thanks to Hüseyin Bey and his wife Gülizar Hanım. As always, I hope to see you again next year. 💯

We spent about a week at the Guliz Hotel and had a very comfortable holiday. Mr. Hüseyin was attentive and caring, and the rooms and hotel overall were very clean. He’s very careful about hygiene, and if you need anything, service comes right away. It felt like being at home, and it’s an ideal place to stay with family. I’m hoping to return next year, God willing. I definitely recommend it.

We went expecting friendly service and ended up regretting it. The man was hard to deal with, didn’t know how to communicate, and even threatened me. They treat people differently depending on who they are. Call different numbers beforehand because they quote different prices, and be sure to get a receipt. When I threatened to complain, he punched me. He got scared and issued the receipt. Watch out. If you don't want your family holiday ruined, think twice. I’d been coming here for about three years, but this is the last time.
