After driving for half a day, I arrived with my small kids for a room I’d reserved, only to find it had been given away. We were left out on the street. There was no organization, process, or clear rule. They nearly made me seem dishonest, so I showed them the text messages. Then I called the number on my phone, and it was the same man trying to get out of the situation. Don’t bother with this place.
What a disgraceful place. The room lights didn’t work, so they moved us to another apartment, where the toilet door wouldn’t close and the TV didn’t work. They kept making ridiculous excuses, saying they’d try to fix things but couldn’t get it done. Running this apartment is your job. We shouldn’t have to beg for the service we paid for. Try to do the job properly for once.
Unless you have absolutely no choice, don’t stay here. The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke, and hygiene is at zero.
I could hardly make it through one night, everything was filthy. Customer service was nonexistent, and it seems you have to ask just to get napkins, soap, or towels. It’s a waste of money, definitely don’t go there.
Cleanliness, hygiene, service, all at zero. This is the most awful, mediocre apartment I’ve ever seen, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. You’ll be wasting your money, take my word for it.
