The room was extremely hot because the air conditioner wasn’t working, and the refrigerator was out too. I contacted reception, but they only apologized and said to contact them again if I needed anything. Later I was told there was no one on duty to help. I also asked for a prayer mat and was told they didn’t have one. This was far below basic hotel standards and made for a very disappointing stay. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The breakfast has lots of tasty choices, and our room was clean and comfortable. This was our third business trip staying at Grand Turkuaz Hotel with friends, and it was as good as before. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Tuğçe Hanım, who took great care of us. We really love this place and plan to stay again.

What stood out most was how attentive everyone was. Reception Chief Ercan was professional and welcoming, and Burak was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their care made the visit memorable. We had a wonderful time at Grand Turkuaz Hotel Bursa, and would highly recommend it.

Ercan made me feel at ease from the start. He was so welcoming and kind, always smiling, and gives everyone excellent service. He’s a big reason I felt comfortable at the hotel.

The rooms smelled strongly of smoke, and there wasn’t an iron anywhere in the hotel, not even one guests could share. That’s a very basic need for a four-star place. A terrible stay, and my first and last time here.
