The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. They first told me dates weren’t available, then I called again two hours later and was told they were. More seriously, in 2023 they still asked couples for a marriage certificate. I couldn’t book a room with my partner through the website because it told me to contact the property, and they said we couldn’t share a room without the certificate. They claimed this was hotel legislation they had to follow. Yet I’d stayed there with my partner twice before, in November 2022 and February 2023. I can’t believe this happened. Don’t go or stay at this ridiculous place.

It’s a clean two star hotel, and breakfast was not bad. I stayed one night and found it pleasant enough, but I won’t return. The glass around the room and a weak AC unit left it very warm, especially in the morning. It’s also a long way from the city centre.

We were here for one night, and it was a good experience in a nice, cool place. The rooms and bathroom were clean, though the bathroom smelled and had neither an exhaust fan nor air freshener. The staff were very good and helpful.

A cute place with nice design, though the rooms get hot. Breakfast wasn’t great either.
