Loyal City Hotel

We had a great stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, and there was a good view. Staff were accommodating and helpful. The location was convenient too, with plenty of bus stops close by and the metro not very far. I'd recommend it to travelers watching their budget.

For a one-night stay, I found it comfortable. The receptionist was helpful and spoke Indonesian, so communication was easy. Breakfast was included in the price, which made it a great option for a short visit, especially if you're planning to go up Mount Uludag.

The front desk treated me respectfully from check-in, and the hotel was clean, including the room, sheets, floor, and toilet. I asked about a few things during my stay, including directions around the area and a bulb that needed changing. They offered to move me to another room, but I stayed put and they replaced the bulb. There might be small misses, like dust on the mirror or TV, but the room had a lot for the money: a fridge, three sockets in a small room for two, AC, hair dryer, two large beds, a phone, Wi-Fi, and a free, cozy breakfast. You could sometimes hear other guests, but that's from people in other rooms, not thin walls, and the hotel has larger family rooms too. The area is crowded, but public transport is close, with metro, buses, tram, and a shopping mall a few minutes away on foot. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel streets where you can try Turkish food and sweets. The Bazaar and Green Mosque are about a 20-minute walk if you have time to explore. With the cleanliness and the front desk's attitude, I'd give it five stars. Respect to everyone keeping the hotel clean and running!
