I had a really bad experience here. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel to anyone, so please don’t book it.

The staff were attentive, and the hygiene was excellent. Everything seemed well thought out, too. For the price, it compares really well with other hotels. I had a very nice stay :)

The people here are friendly and understanding, especially Aliş Beş, who was so polite. I picked Önal Hotel for my trip to Bursa and would recommend it. They provide unlimited service.

The good reviews about service and price brought me here, and I’m glad I gave it a try. My regards to Aliş Abi, the hotel owner.
