Prusias Otel

Service was superb, with valet parking and free breakfast delivered to the room each day at either 8 am or 10 am. There are lots of restaurants and markets within walking distance. My single room was great, very clean, and had all the amenities. The only thing missing was sliding shower doors.

We left the "hotel" on our 2nd day, even though we'd reserved 4 nights. The reception staff are the only redeeming part of this place. They were friendly and willing to help, even though the young worker who greeted us in the lobby didn't speak English. Most staff don't, but they have a good attitude. We tried to move to a better room with a discount for giving up the old one, but they said no. The elevator felt unsafe, and it was clear maintenance hadn't been done properly. At first our room didn't have separate beds, and the carpet was dirty. The bathroom was almost the worst part: no shower doors or curtains, no buttons or handles to flush the toilet, and it was only half-cleaned. The shampoo had been watered down. Sleeping was miserable. I could hear the person in the next room snoring through the partition, plus cars and people outside. The mosque woke us at 6.30am sharp. We were out from 9am to 5pm the next day, and they didn't make up the room. Breakfast was plentiful but the quality seemed doubtful. REALLY AWFUL. I do not recommend it. READ PLEASE.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean by Turkish hotel standards lol, and they left packaged water each day. I stayed a week, paying ~300 Lira/night including breakfast for 2. Breakfast was ok. Turkish coffee and tea were complimentary and could be brought to the room. Highly recommend!

After we'd checked out and gone shopping in the center, a staff member came out to help with all our bags and carry them to the car parked next to the hotel. That's real service, they were still happy to help even after we'd left. Such lovely staff, thank you for being so kind. The rooms are clean and breakfast is yummy too!
