Serdal, Yasemin, and Mirna made things especially easy for us. They were warm and helpful, and took the time to point out nearby attractions, which made planning our days simple. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with a great location for exploring Bursa. We had a relaxing stay with good service, would gladly return, and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The pool, sauna, and massage were all great, and many thanks to the massage therapist. We really enjoyed our vacation. The rooms, staff, and service were great, and we were very happy with our stay.

The manager really helped make the stay good. He arranged for us to use the thermal pool early and sorted out breakfast after we missed the buffet. The rest of the staff only watched and didn't help, so the excellent service seemed to depend entirely on him.

We were very pleased with the service, especially how polite and helpful the reception and service staff were. Breakfast was a nice Turkish-style spread, and the hotel is very close to uludag hill. We also tried the spa, where there's a very nice physiotherapist. It's a lovely hotel, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast was fantastic, definitely a highlight. After the Greek road, this was a great place to rest, and there was a nice restaurant across the road where we had dinner with a view of the beach.
