Our booking was for October 10th, 2025 (Arrival): October 14th, 2 nights, 2 rooms, and October 11th, 1 night, 1 room. They requested a 4,500 TL deposit, which we sent based on the photos. But the rooms we got smelled terrible, had swollen parquet floors, and looked nothing like the pictures. Maybe one or two rooms matched them, but this felt like deception. We spoke to Mr. Murat Küçükyılmaz, explained what was wrong, and asked for a refund. His attitude was unbecoming of a business owner. We didn’t stay and had to move to another hotel. We’ll file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I absolutely don’t recommend booking here. If you do, see the rooms first.

The photos fooled me. I stayed one night in this disgusting place and couldn’t sleep because of bedbugs. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The room looked awful and nothing like the photos online. We left as soon as we saw it, feeling fooled by the pictures. They still demanded payment, and both the service and the behavior were terrible.

I arrived at 10 pm for my single room booking, then went to reception to ask for the internet password. No one was there. There’s no phone signal in the hotel, so I couldn’t use my own internet either. I kept calling the number they gave me until 1 am, but it was always busy. My work got interrupted, and I was completely dissatisfied. I don’t recommend it.
