Hira is a peaceful, relaxing spot for anyone who enjoys nature and quiet. We stayed three nights, and the breakfast was delicious. Hussam welcomed us and was well-mannered and helpful throughout. The family seems to run the place with real honesty and kindness. One day, while we were walking uphill toward Aydeers waterfall, Mr. Sulaiman spotted us, pulled over right away, and drove us to the station. He even told the man there, “These are my guests, take care of them.” We definitely recommend this place.

The view was wonderful, and the service was amazing. We had great food and tea prepared in an authentic Turkish style by local people. Many thanks to the manager, Mr. Mohammad, who arranged everything we needed and shared useful tips and recommendations for the area and activities.

The bungalows sit right over the river, and ours was clean and well kept. The staff were especially polite and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. They always serve Muhlama, a traditional Rize dish made with butter, lots of cheese, corn flour, and milk. We visited in July during a very hot spell. There was no AC or even a fan in the bungalow, so being inside during the day was unbearable. At night, though, it cooled down.

The family providing the service were kind, helpful, and professional, and the service was excellent. Our room was very clean, with a beautiful view, and breakfast was delicious. My family and I had an amazing stay. I recommend this hotel 10/10.

A lovely place to get close to nature. Our clean bungalow looked straight out over the river, and the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They made us a delicious breakfast. They didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate using Google Translate. I'm in love with this family business and happy to support them. Highly recommended!
