We ended up leaving before our three nights were over and left the money we'd paid, because the living conditions were awful. Water leaked from beneath the toilet, and there was a sewage smell. The air conditioner drained into a bottle in the room. The sink was so small it wasn't possible to wash properly, and there was hardly any space to spread out our things. The view from the window was terrible too. For such a high price, we found a better, cheaper option, and there are plenty of places like it. Be careful about the pricing: the hotel charges per person, like a hostel, rather than per room. I came with my husband and they charged double for the room. It's terrible.

The family who runs Moromu Bungalows made us feel so welcome, and our room was upgraded when we arrived. We're a family of five, and the room was really clean with everything we needed, including a fridge, shampoo and container, iron, and hair dryer. It looked just like the photos online, and breakfast was included in the price. The location is great, with views of both the river and mountains. We've stayed in other bungalows before, but this one stood out. Thank you to the family for an amazing stay. We'll definitely be back ❤️

We cancelled on the spot and left. The place felt like someone's little house, and the location and view were the worst we've experienced in the area. Compared with the other bungalows, everything felt subpar. If you're visiting the area, I recommend Pulera Suite or Kiyi Bangalov. We tried both, and they were MUCH better for the view, service, staff, facilities, and utilities, at the same prices. Our window was broken, the weather was steaming hot in August, and there was no A/C. When we asked the owner about it, he said AC wasn't listed on the website, which was true. But the other places we visited in the area didn't list it either and still had AC. Then we found there was no fridge. The owner's explanation was that a fridge hadn't been listed either. The bathroom was tiny, too. We would have died in that August heat without AC. Before you go, make sure the owner lists that there's a roof, because who knows, maybe there won't be one when you get there if it isn't on the website. I don't recommend this place at all.

I've traveled a lot, and this is one of the few places that felt perfect. Absolutely stunning, with nothing missing. The employees were so kind and helpful. Can't wait to come back on my next vacation.
