Mohamed Hazeem made everything so easy for us, and the whole crew were incredibly hospitable. Our stay at Nika hotel was unforgettable. The bungalow was clean, spacious, and cozy, just like the photos.

You feel as if you’re visiting your cousins here. The family is so welcoming, the host is wonderful, and breakfast was the best. There’s direct access to the river, a lovely view, and a great restaurant right below the room. Our room was squeaky clean. This was easily our favorite place to stay in Trabzon, and a must-stay for us.

We compared around a dozen places before choosing this small hotel, and we’re so glad we came back to it. It’s about 5 or 6km south of Camlihemsin, which worked well as a base for driving to Zilkale, Ayder and other places. The food here was better than anything we found in Ayder, and they even have a real pizza oven in such a tiny hotel. Across the river from the road, you hear the soothing rush of water instead of traffic. The new room was very comfortable, with a wonderful river view, and the family welcome made it feel special.

Mr. Ismail and his wife were so kind and treated us very warmly. Mr. Ismail looked after us while we were there. The house itself is beautiful.
