They were always around if we needed anything, and the breakfast was incredibly good. They can also arrange tours to nearby villages, with minibuses picking you up right at the property. We were offered tea before checking in, and when we were hungry, they cooked us a delicious meal at 8 in the evening. There are eight bungalows and an apartment building with a terrace and a fantastic view. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a luxurious, romantic interior. The property had only been built a few months earlier, so it felt fresh and safe. A young boy shouted “they’re here” when I first arrived, which gave me a sense of how warm and familiar the place was. The man and woman who run it welcomed me. I was very satisfied with the family, as were the other guests. Highly recommended!

The bungalow was clean, everything worked, and both dinner and breakfast were really good. The service was great, too. The people were kind and easy to talk to, and they’d sort things out if we needed something. Just note there was no wifi and no kitchen, at least in my room.

We watched women harvesting on the hills and sheep grazing nearby in the mornings, with a lovely glimpse of rural Trabzon from inside the cabin. It was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped, and the view through the windows was stunning at sunrise and sunset. In the evenings, sharing tea with the family on the hilltop in that peaceful setting felt magical. Breakfast was delicious and served with care, and her aunt’s homemade jam was unforgettable. We spent two nights at Opia, hosted by Nurcan and her family. They welcomed us warmly and were always kind, present, and helpful. Everything we needed was available, and communication was excellent. A memorable stay, and I highly recommend Opia for comfort, nature, and authentic Turkish hospitality.

The owners’ family were generous and kind, and their warm welcome and smiles felt sincere. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and they seemed to have everything you could think of. One of the best places I’ve enjoyed on vacation. I’ll definitely come back.
