We had a bad experience. The wifi kept cutting in and out, and the radiator was switched off at night. It didn't work until we left the room. The hair dryer would run for around 10-15 seconds, then needed 10-15 minutes before it worked again. It smelled like something was burning each time it did work, and the management said that's how it is. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut because it was broken. They tried to fix it, then told us they didn't have the hardware and couldn't do anything that night. There were so many chairs in the dining hall that we had to ask people to move to get to ours. More than half the room was empty, but we weren't allowed to sit there because staff said it was reserved. Nobody ever came to use that area.

The staff were caring, friendly, and nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decorated so nicely they felt like home. The food was cooked well and delicious. I'd stay at this hotel again and recommend it to everyone.

The staff weren't cooperative or friendly. The room's hairdryer didn't work, and despite us complaining several times, they did nothing about it. The bathroom lock was broken too. They told us one person could stand outside and hold the door while the other used the bathroom so it wouldn't open. They also switched off the heaters around ten or eleven. The worst one.
